Looks like our Duval Charter School robotic teams are taking over Northeast Florida! On Saturday, December 17th Pride of the Panther Robotic team competed at St.Mark’s Episcopal Day School against some of the toughest teams in our region! This team was the only “rookie” team to score as high as they did in programming.

Pride of the Panther placed 4th out of 16 on robot matches, received the only Mechanical Design award in the area of Robot Design Executive Summary, and won an Alternate Bid to the Regional First LEGO League Championship! Ten teams left the tournament without receiving any type of award.

On Saturday, January 28th, they will be competing at University of North Florida at the Regional Championship along with thirty-five other teams. Congratulations to Pride of the Panther for all their hard work and dedication to the sport!
